Her story

A standard learned at the very top of service.

Minakshi Jamwal spent seventeen years inside luxury hospitality — and, as a former brand ambassador for international airlines, lived a world where presentation, timing and discretion are everything, and where "almost right" simply does not exist.

Returning to India, she saw a gap: an abundance of warmth and willingness to serve, but few professionals trained to the exacting standard the country's finest homes deserve. MJIC was her answer — a house that would train, vet and place staff with the same care those homes were built with.

That standard is not delegated. It is hers, and she holds every butler, house manager and graduate to it personally.

Experience

The making of a standard.

The difference between MJIC and the rest is not a process — it is a person, and the standard she has carried through a career in service.

In her words

Dear friend,

Great service is quiet. It anticipates, it never intrudes, and it makes a house feel effortlessly cared for. After seventeen years in luxury hospitality, I founded MJIC on a simple conviction — that India's finest homes deserve people trained, vetted and placed with the same care those homes were built with.

Every butler, house manager and member of staff we place is handpicked. Whether you are seeking long-term staff, a managed estate, or a specialised role, we ensure a smooth, confidential and reliable experience — held to my standard, every time.
